3-day Meditation Course - learn to meditate with your personal mantra w/ Marta

Mantra is an ancient Vedic technique which helps you to dive deep into
your subconscious. You learn to sit and observe yourself, experiencing reality as it is while releasing stress and negative emotions from your nervous system.

In this 3-day course you will get your own individual mantra sound, which corresponds with your individual nervous system. Besides meditating, we will also explore other yogic techniques such as breathing exercises, practices for soothing anger, relieving tiredness and healing depressive moods.

In the theoretical part of the course, we will understand how our minds operate and how we can learn to use the mind as a tool rather than be at the mercy of its movements.
