The dark feminine flow practice connects you the wild and hidden parts of you.
Starting with a kryia to cleanse and connect to dive deeper into your shadows.
We will move through a kali flow and then emerge into a yin sequence through the lower chakras that are connected to the dark feminine energy. Often uncomfortable but holding the potential to be alcemised into a powerful tool of your own.
Ending the class with a meditation to integrate and expand, surrendering to our wildest dreams. Live sounds by Purusha.
